iquantify
iquantify is a unique service in the management of material and labour costs for building projects of any size. Working with your plans our experienced quantity surveyors and builders will provide a full bill of quantities for any new build project or extension.
You will receive a comprehensive breakdown of the materials required together with an indication of labour costs. You can then use the detailed materials summary to manage your materials order throughout the duration of your project. We will also provide a quote for all the materials through our iimprove service. Your quotation will be valid for 30 days from issue date, however there is no obligation to buy.
What does it cost?
At a cost of £10 (inc vat) per/m2 on gross external area our experienced team of quantity surveyors will provide a full bill of quantities for any building project – no matter how large or small. Please note that there is a minimum charge of £75+vat.
So how does it work?
It couldn’t be simpler! Once you have read through and agreed our terms and conditions enter your gross floor area and add it to your basket. Once payment has been completed you will receive an email with details of how to send us a copy of your building plans/drawings. We aim to provide you with a full bill of quantities and a quote for your materials by email within 5-10 working days. Larger projects may require more time but we will advise upon receipt of the plans/drawings.
